Its rare that I post my personal opinion about anything online, but I have to take this opportunity to express how disappointed I am with Godaddy hosting services. As business owner in the tech industry it is important to find trustworthy partnerships and although I have been having little issues with their service since I've been with them (3/2/2006) I'm finally fed up with them.
As of late, they have become lazy, unresponsive and just not very reliable. I recently added a new VPS (Virtual Private Server) to handle the increased load from our soon to be released iPad and Android apps and our new Client Dashboard. Now that I have the the new Virtual Hosting I need to migrate everything to it. So I put in a support ticket to have Godaddy support team facilitate this migration and they tell me 24 hours until someone will respond. So I call the support number and they say it will be 72 hours before someone responds.
I don't know how they survive with such poor quality service. Allowing their phone support to simply say "No, we can't do that id unacceptable. At the first chance I get I will switch to anybody else just to avoid this lazy group of again.
